As one of 133 major ecological projects financed by the EU in several countries, the OSS HABITAT Project, implemented in four Macedonian cities, is already a success. Since September 2025, 2,100 households have been informed about the project’s services, 403 initial renovation contacts have been generated, and 195 integrated renovation services have been delivered. The project triggered over €402,000 in sustainable energy investments and contributed to a reduction of nearly 2,000 tons of CO₂ emissions annually.
These days, citizens have a new opportunity: two mobile applications for a faster, easier, and more efficient approach to integrated home renovation services. Until 2027, the project will continue to create and improve services helping citizens who live in multi-apartment buildings.
